Post at least three consequences of learning about the international early childhood field

1.    Trying to make contact with international teacher was very challenging in the beginning, but I made contact with a teacher from Saint Lucia. Her information about the educational system was informative and I learned a deal from her knowledge and experience.  Our conservations made me realize no matter where educators teach they want the best for their students.

2.     Researching the online resources increase my knowledge about different countries around the world.  Online made researching easy for me because I have access to information at my fingertips.  Some of the websites delivered multimedia through videos, graphics, and hyperlinks and audio.  The only drawback if any was that some sites can be difficult to navigate.

3.    One of the most wonderful things about the blog assignment was reading information my colleagues researched.  Anytime I learned something new I feel grateful and the blog assignments provided just that.  I learned some insightful information about different countries around the world.

My goal is to continue to study and travel meeting different people from different countries. The wonderful thing about establishing relationships with other professionals is that I can learn from their experience.  I wish everyone continued success.

  1. Georgiana, I have struggled to establish contact in the beginning, too. Like you, I appreciate the opportunity we have been given to explore international perspectives. Thank you for your efforts to relay to us what you have learned. I hope we get to share other courses together. Good luck in pursuing your goals.

  2. I agree with you on one of your consequences, I feel that it was a pleasure and a good consequence in reading other colleagues blogs. I think that it has helped me learn so much about other countries and the education systems in those countries. Thank you for your assignments I have gained so much insight reading them. Good luck with the other courses to come and the future, whatever it may hold.
